Design And Development Of Construction Project Safety Production Standardization Management System

Information technology is the important means for management, now the Shanghai construction management has multiple information system, after analysis we found, the information system is composed of leading the development of various business management division in different periods and background alone, design only focus on their own needs and lack of overall consideration, is difficult to share information between different information systems; in addition, because of different development time and development company, and lack of a unified development standards, use the technical framework and data storage in different ways, these have intensified the difficulty of information sharing to a certain degree. These information system exists as an information island, can’t meet the needs of the city construction project safety production standardization management.The purpose of this paper aims to analyze the existing issues of information systems, combined with the actual demand of the construction project safety production standardization management, by defining the organization structure and business process reengineering, present the solution of the Shanghai construction project safety production standardization management.
