With the rapid development and extensive application of emerging technologies represented by big data,cloud computing,business application scenarios put forward higher requirements on the information system's user experience,response speed and intelligence.The traditional batch processing and analysis technology based on business data cannot satisfy the demand of statistical analysis based on real-time,internal and external structured and unstructured data.Banks urgently need to collect transaction data and behavior data related to e-bank,and clean,integrate and analyze them.The data will be used to drive business innovation and improve banks' competitiveness in customer marketing,risk control,product optimization and user experience.The main contribution of this thesis is to collect and integrate the user behavior data and transaction data of e-bank,build the user analysis system based on big data technology,and provide basic data for the operation of e-bank and the application based on user behavior.The user analysis system utilizes the Transwarp Hadoop enterprise version to build the big data foundation platform,and integrates the two processing modes of real-time processing and batch processing to meet the needs of different application scenarios.The mobile Internet technology is adopted to collect the user's browsing information,event information and other log data related to user behaviors from the e-bank through embedded code,so as to obtain the user's device information,user preferences and user habits.Flume collects real-time log data and sends it to Kafka message queue,and then calculates e-bank operational indicators through real-time stream SQL for analysis;the user's usage interval,user's usage time,user's common functions,user's active status and other information are analyzed through batch mode.From the perspective of software engineering,this thesis expounds the related engineering activities of requirements analysis,general design,detailed design,system implementation and system test.The innovation of this thesis is to enhance the business value through the analysis and application of e-bank user behavior data and transaction data.Firstly,it realizes real-time analysis of e-bank operation,helps business departments to optimize e-bank process and function and improve user experience.Secondly,it enriches the user basic data,improves the label related to user behavior,meets the analysis needs of user activity and user preference based on internal and external historical data,and provides more comprehensive data support for customer management,marketing management,risk management and product innovation.
