With the development of the big data era and communication network technology,the requirement of network capacity will become increasingly larger,the upgrade cycle of equipment will be growingly shorter,and the communication line will tend to be more and more area-intensive and fiber-based together with more complex routing.Under the background of the rapid development of communication technology,the OSS system of Zhejiang Corporation of China Telecom is facing four major challenges: increasingly lift of the customer service and perception,fiercer market competition,accurate management of the whole network operation and maintenance,and urgent liberation of production efficiency.Taking the current situation of resource allocation in the integrated resource system of Zhejiang Telecom as a starting point,the purpose of this thesis is to meet the accuracy and efficiency of business development and resource allocation of Zhejiang Telecom.This thesis will finish the design and implementation of resource allocation in the integrated resource system combined with existing deficiencies of resource allocation,and carried out the actual test verification of the new system.The main content is as follows: Therefore,the establishment of a comprehensive resource management system for the whole network has become a key consideration.The resource allocation is the core module of the business opening of the comprehensive resource management system.Only by continuously upgrading and optimizing the study of its structure,process and method,can the current challenges and new demands in the future be handled.Starting with the current situation of resource allocation of comprehensive resource system in Zhejiang Telecom,the thesis aims at satisfying the business development of Zhejiang Telecom and the accuracy and efficiency of resource allocation,completes the optimization design and implementation of resource allocation in the comprehensive resource system,and carries out the actual test and verification of the new system by combining with the deficiencies of resource allocation.The main contents are as follows:1.In the thesis,the top-down approach is used to make the layer-by-layer analysis of the process and function details,as well as the in-depth analysis of the current situation and deficiency of Zhejiang Telecom Resource Management System and resource allocation.The thesis argues that the deficiencies of existing resource allocation are: backward overall system architecture,poor scalability;too complex resource allocation logic,low commonality,long business configuration flow and high error rate.2.In view of the problems existing in the resource allocation system,this thesis analyses them one by one,and draws on the mature implementation experience of the same industry and other industries,makes the horizontal and vertical comparisons,and designs the optimization scheme for resource allocation.The goal of the paper is to build a framework of micro-service system,which can decouple the system and improve the scalability of the system.Under the framework,a tool-FTTX resource online design tool is developed,which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of resource input.Through Redis technology,a set of public caches is built,which can reduce the interaction between systems in the configuration process and improve the efficiency of resource allocation so as to accomplish the province-wide unification of resource allocation logic.3.Based on the V-Model test method,the thesis makes a comprehensive system test of the new system,and verifies its functional comprehensiveness and performance stability.The result displays that the allocation accuracy,allocation time,etc.of the optimized resource allocation have been greatly improved.
