Research On Users Behavior Model Of Continuously Using Weibo To Obtain Information In Emergency Situations

The frequent occurrence of emergencies not only causes serious losses to people's lives and property,but also affects the harmony and stability of society.Especially with the widespread use of social media,the impact of emergencies is infinitely magnified,and the government,acting as the main body of public opinion regulation,needs to use social media to communicate,thus regulating the evolution of sensation to resolve the crisis.In the current environment,the government needs to change the traditional role consciousness,participating in the sensation,and understand the emotional changes and behaviors of people,and carry out intelligent crisis management.Based on the actual situation and the situation of emergencies,this study explores the intrinsic links between the factors and factors affecting the willingness of Weibo users to use Weibo to obtain information.The “sustained willingness to use” is an abstract concept and cannot be directly measured.The equation model is considered to be a good method for measuring abstract concepts.This study is based on UTAUT and ECM models to determine performance expectations,effort expectations,social impact,perceived trust,expectation confirmation,satisfaction,willingness to use,and behavior.The variables are put forward,and the influencing factors model of the micro-blog users' continuous acquisition of information behavior in the emergency situation is constructed.The questionnaire and structural equation method are used to collect the data through questionnaire survey and analyze the data in AMOS to verify the hypothesis.The results of the data study show that the willingness to continue to use has a significant positive impact on the use behavior;the expectation degree of recognition has a significant positive impact on satisfaction,perceived trust,and performance expectations;performance expectations,hard work expectations,social impact,satisfaction,and willingness to continue to use have a significant positive impact;perceived trust has a significant positive impact on satisfaction.This research develops the application fields of UTAUT model and ECM theory from the theoretical point of view,and studies the behavior of microblog users' continuous access to information in the emergency situation from the practical level.It is important for microblog operation,government emergency management and smart city construction,and further proposed the government's emergency management suggestions.
