| With the development of information technology in our country,the channels for citizens to obtain information are increasing.Micro-blog is one of the important channels for the diffusion of relevant information,especially in recent emergencies in China.Forwarding quantity is a measure of the dissemination rate of micro-blog information.Therefore,it is importance to grasp the influencing factors behind micro-blog users’ forwarding behavior in emergencies,whether for government or other social micro-blog to control the development of public opinion.Firstly,based on UTAUT model and retaining the original four core variables,the paper constructs the influencing factors model of micro-blog users’ forwarding behavior under emergencies by adding namely,source preference,motivation,perceived risk and trust,according to the characteristics of emergencies and micro blogs.Secondly,the empirical test of the study is carried out.Data are collected by questionnaire survey and the hypothesis of the model is verified by structural equation.The results show that performance expectation,effort expectation,community influence,source preference,trust and motivation have a significant positive impact on users ’forwarding intention under emergencies;perceived risk has a negative impact on users’ forwarding intention and convenience;Conditions have a significant positive impact on forwarding behavior.Finally,the paper puts forward supervision suggestions on the forwarding behavior of micro blog users under emergencies from three aspects.The government needs to strengthen the construction of network legal system,improve the network supervision mechanism and make full use of government micro blog.As a medium of information dissemination,micro blog needs to strengthen the control of network information and increase the integration with other Internet technologies.The public needs to improve the binding force of network behavior to supervise their forwarding behavior. |
