After the reform and opening up,especially since the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the work of Party building has been paid attention at all levels,the Party Central Committee is proposed to build a learning and innovation oriented party,in response to instructions and call of the Party Central Committee,the party organizations at all levels have to strengthen party building work seriously.The management of party affairs in a group company is still mainly maintained by manual management.Although the LAN has been applied,the way of party management still cannot meet the needs of the development of party management,and to a certain extent,it affects the progress of party work in the Ordos State Investment Group.In view of the existing party management of the group in question,this article from the actual situation,the full investigation of the management needs of the company's party work and information construction needs,designed and developed a set of information management system,has a strong practical value.This thesis mainly introduces the specific situation and significance of the information management system in the electronic party affairs of the enterprise where the author works.Combined with the current party work and the specific problems to be solved,this paper expounds the related technologies involved in the system.In this paper,MVC architecture,JSP technology,Java language and Oracle 12 C database technology are mainly used in the design.In view of the specific objectives set by the enterprise regarding the use of information management system for electronic party affairs,the requirement analysis report is formulated,mainly from three aspects: feasibility analysis,functional and non-functional requirement analysis,especially When analyzing the functional requirements,it is necessary to design the use case diagram of each functional module,and each use case diagram should be accompanied by a specific use case description.Combining with the application of the information management system in the electronic party work of enterprises,the system design covers the overall structure,function modules and network topology structure design,which includes the party organization management,Party member management,education and training,organization and life management,and party fee management.Functional structure diagram,work schedule diagram and work flow chart are used to better illustrate the specific design concept.E-R diagram and data table structure are also used in the design.After the completion of system development,through the test and the performance of scientific and comprehensive function test shows thatAfter the completion of the system development,through scientific and comprehensive function and performance testing,it is shown that the entire electronic party affairs information management system fully meets the established requirements.At present,the system is in the stage of internal testing.With the system testing and continuous improvement,I believe that the formal application will greatly improve the group company's party affairs.The informatization level of work management improves the standardization and efficiency of party work within the group.
