Design And Implementation Of Shanghai Mobile Data Flow Management System

With the faster internet speed and more functions of the mobile device,the data flow of mobile internet is rocketing,followed by increasingly fierce competition.To improve user experience and promote new services,we need to analyze huge amount of data of the flow.Thus,the management of data flow is of the utmost importance for mobile internet operator in the new era.Data flow management refers to a series of operating methods to increase the value of unit date flow,lower data flow cost to satisfy the users' needs better.The essence of data flow management is business activity,rather than technology.It doesn't purely charge fee by data flow.It is actually a scientific pricing system based on user experience where data flow cost is given full consideration and the data flow value is best priced.In this thesis,beginning with the analysis of the system needs,I design a data flow operating and analysis system based on multi-dimension information such as user,terminal device,content,network,service,location etc.This system integrates network data access to the internet via GPRS and WLAN;content and business analysis data.I also design a supporting system for operating analysis of data flow.The system has the function of central control of business index,user's content analysis,analysis of user's behavior,and precise marketing toward users based on analystic result.In China mobile's data flow operation system,this system is evaluated as BI(Business Intelligence)front-end application platform.First,I design the whole structure of the system,including technical architecture,f unctional architecture,external interfaces,data flow chart,hardware and net work deployment etc.Then I design 5 modules,including silent/non-active u ser stimulation module,new service promotion module,terminal operation a nd application system,data flow enhancement module and network collabor ative analysis module.This thesis gives detailed information on the general design,data flow chart and programming design of each module.In the end,I carry out huge amount of backend functional tests,and such non-functiona l tests as compatibility,system response time.System application tests are al so carried out in the district it is supposed to be used.The system can offer r egional data flow analysis by a central control of different regions,leading tr affic streaming and guiding network optimization.As the systematic emulation tests and practical application indicate,the system is able to offer service guide and marketing silent users to increase their usage frequency and data flow.As a result,the system is able to promote service,improve user experience both in connecting to the Internet by mobile phone and using data service,increase the amount of users and their perception,realize precision marketing of both TD data flow and WLAN data flow.So this research is of important theoretical and realistic value.So far,the system has been launched in China Mobile(Shanghai)and it has played an important role in management refinement of data flow.
