| With the rapid development of network technology,the e-mail system is favored by enterprises and the public because of its convenience,speed and simplicity.It has became one of the main ways of communication and exchange of documents between enterprises and institutions If mailbox is combined with automated office,it will bring greater convenience to the business processing and communication of various departments within the enterprise and institutionBased on the office characteristics and requirements of a branch office of China Telecom,this paper developed an internal security mailbox system based on the RSA encryption algorithm and the traditional mailbox system.It only serves the internal service of the enterprise and separates the internal mailbox from the external mailbox.It had added some functions that meet the requirements of the enterprise,which not only ensured the security requirements of internal file transfer,but also improved the internal office efficiency and facilitated the personnel between various departments within the enterpriseThis article described the current status,issues,and trends of the current mailbox system.The requirements analysis including feasibility analysis,functional,non-functional and business obj ectives was carried out,and the overall design,function design,database design and system encryption scheme design of the enterprise internal security mailbox system are given.This system used B/S system architecture,MyEclipse was used as the development tool,the front end used React technology,and the background used the Java language to implement various functional modules and encryption algorithms of the system.The database used MySQL to support a strong amount of data to ensure the stable operation of the system.The mailbox system included multiple function modules such as mail transmission,mail template,mail search,and mail classification.The test results show that the system is operating normally and achieves the expected design goals. |
