The Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Asset Management Information System In The City Of Fangchenggang

In the past 40 years since China's reform and opening-up,the achievements of the economic construction-centered development approach have attracted worldwide attention.At the same time,various fields of science and technology have also made considerable progress along with the pace of reform and opening-up.This has also led to the scale of assets of government departments at all levels and administrative institutions in our country.Economic growth is growing year-on-year,that is,how to make good use of scientific and technological means to manage the assets of the unit.As early as ten years ago(2009),the Ministry of Finance of the State Council took the lead in organizing and developing the asset management information system,and applied it to all levels of financial allocation units nationwide to manage the assets of administrative institutions.Since the asset management system was put into use online,the life cycle management of assets has been standardized,and a standardized nationwide asset database has been established to implement dynamic management.During the whole process from project setting up,consulting,systematic trial implementation to comprehensive promotion,the asset management mode has been improved continuously,and the related requirements of asset management have been further implemented.But in the past ten years,the working methods and management methods have been greatly changed,and the existing asset management information system has been established.The system has been unable to meet the current unit operation and asset management,and must be more scientific and meticulous.The main purpose of my thesis is to study the new requirements and contents of Fangchenggang's local taxation system for asset management under the current situation,how to adapt to the new management requirements,how to make full use of the means of information technology,and at the same time,combining with the actual situation of each unit in the management work,to respond to the work in a targeted manner.Demand,s,so as to improve the efficiency of the use of assets,and ultimately improve the efficiency of our local tax department.In the final practical application,the fixed assets management information system of Fangchenggang local taxation system is tested,and the stability and security of thesystem are reported.Finally,the application prospect and improvement direction of the system are prospected.
