| Topic of the thesis is about the information system for automobile producing equipment management,which is adopted by the assemble shop of Shanghai Automobile Corporation Limited to manage automobile producing equipment.This system is used for collecting,managing and displaying equipment-related information.And it builds a convenient information channel among equipment operators,maintenance guys,maintenance engineers and workshop managers.Firstly,from the view of demand analysis,this paper introduces the background which promotes the development of the software.While refining requirement details,we check and add functions to software design scheme.The software functional requirements are systematically established in accordance with company's operation management principles for the producing equipment.To the functions of equipment information management,files management,information level administration management,fault information processing function,spare parts management,and personnel information management,the transactions and related information needed to be processed are analyze with the corresponding use-case models,the software's design is setup within the browser/server framework and the major software components configurations,typical object constituents inside each module,and the corresponding database design scheme.Finally,the program implementation and the tested performance of equipment management information system are introduced in details.The information system for automobile producing equipment is designed based on Browser/Client structure.The software runs on the main server,and can be accessed by any computer connecting to the office network.This software is mainly written through C# programming language,based on MVC software model,adopted SQL Server database,and runs on Windows operation.Now this software is already on line,and takes an important role among our daily work. |
