| With the development of IT technology,more and more institutions,companies or enterprises are using a variety of software systems to facilitate day-to-day management,but it is well known that most of the software projects have a certain extension,a serious change will be completed date.So it is of great significance to study the progress risk of software project.This paper takes a software project of a software company as a research object,and analyzes the risk factors influencing the progress of the software project from the point of view of the risk of project progress in the process of software project implementation,and uses various research methods to analyze the risk factors.This paper mainly uses the knowledge of the project management theory,the progress management and risk management of the PMBOK guide,and the similar research results.The progress of the case project is from risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.Risk identification is the use of Delphi,brainstorming,checklist and graphic technology and other risk identification methods,the progress of the case project risk identification,in tabular form lists the risk factors affecting the case project;risk assessment is targeted at the risk factors identified in the previous case project are analyzed qualitatively using the probabilistic and impact matrix method.The AHP is used to carry out quantitative analysis to assess the project schedule risk.Risk control is a risk that the software project is at risk Identification and risk assessment,but also need to take different measures for different risks,reduce the probability of delaying software projects,improve the success rate of software projects.Through the research on the progress risk of the software project case,it is concluded that the risk management of the case project needs to carry out the requirements change control and personnel management so as to provide some reference for the implementation of similar software projects in the same industry. |
