With the continuous development of information technology,HX College has higher and higher requirements for personnel management.In order to make attendance more scientific,more standardized and more reasonable,HX College needs to research and develop a personnel management system that meets the management characteristics and actual needs of Higher Vocational colleges.According to the different management requirements and nature of different posts,combined with the work requirements and management system of the college,we can solve the problems of diversification of personnel management means,timeliness of information,standardization of management and accuracy of attendance results,and realize automatic processing,timeliness and electronic process management of personnel management data.It is of great significance that everyone should participate in personnel management,strengthen the management of field personnel,connect with digital campus and digital educational administration system,provide attendance data,meet the needs of efficiency analysis,greatly reduce the workload of HR managers,and liberate HR from complex transactional work.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyzing the current situation of the research on the personnel management system of colleges at home and abroad,according to the final results,the existing personnel management mode of colleges can not match the reality of the continuous development of schools.(2)Analyzing the technology used in system development,expatiating on the technical background of J2 EE framework,Android framework,MVC framework and so on,laying a theoretical foundation for the following article.(3)This paper carries on the demand analysis and system design of personnel management system in Higher Vocational colleges.On this basis,the system is divided into personnel management,attendance management,mobile application management,salary management and its system management module.After giving the corresponding analysis with the help of database,the structure of the system is carried out from the actual situation.Design.The system should have good expansibility and fully consider the need for future information volume and business growth.It can provide a variety of expansion mechanisms,including parameter configuration,standard interface,modularization,third-party system integration interface,which makes the system have strong expansion capacity and business extensibility.(4)the paper proposes a new combination of mobile phone APP and web.Instead of directly interacting with the database,the client provides an interface with the middle layer.It establishes a connection with the middle layer through COM/DCOM communication or Http,and then interacts with the database through the middle layer.In addition,the system is implemented based on MVC architecture,JSP technology,Android technology and SQL Server database technology.Finally,the system is tested,and the system performs well and runs steadily,which shows that the design of the system has achieved the expected goal of the research.The function and performance of the system are tested through scientific testing methods.Under the meticulous organization of the project team,the system was successfully implemented on-line..
