| This paper proposes the B/S structure of personnel management information system, which based on the actual situation of personnel management in Shenyang Vocational and Technical College. As more and more universities have entered into digital campus construction ranks, human resources management has entered the information age. Therefore, with the diversification and expansion of school size, university human resources management information collection and use become more and more important. Based on this, developing personnel management for university has come into being. Personnel management is an important part of university management. The goal of designing and developing university personnel management system is to realize unified management of human resource information, provide human resources information and realize work together with other systems, which under exerting management system operation of mutuality, simplicity and visualization principle. The purpose of doing this is providing accurate and comprehensive data and timely analysis for the personnel management, improving efficiency and quality of personnel management, increasing school personnel information management level, improving the effectiveness, reliability, real-time, sharing, of school management decision-making, which to better serve the school spanning development services.With the current situation of system development, this paper starting from the development and present situation of domestic and international university human resources management system, know well the principle of passing personnel management information system development and definite the research purpose and meaning of this subject. This paper detailed study the main techniques involved in system realization, including the basic theory, application model and the superiority of J2EE; MVC design patterns and their advantages and disadvantages, compared the difference between Model1 and Model2, highlighted the superiority of Model2; Struts application framework and its system structure, core components and configuration files; Hibernate framework technology and system structure. Then the paper conducts on the overall analysis of system requirements, investigate and survey the system users’ characteristics, system target and the actual function demand, and also design the whole system structure, divide system module and expound main modules of the system. From this the database and business process have been designed, and then the paper introduces the system development platform, running environment and with archival management for example introduced the system realization process and code framework. Then the paper expounds the importance of software testing, using JUnit with Ant constructing tool to achieve the unit test automation and pressure testing, unit test, the over all performance testing modules.This system also uses markov method to establish mathematical model for the institute of future talent demand and title promotion to carry out prediction. According to the existing staff of background and professional titles in the year-end, analysis of retired situation and personnel turn-over of future years to make scientific judgment for talent demand and title promotion. This system will also play a supporting role in the decision-making for the human resource planning and national model vocational technical college construction personnel planning which formulated by college“12th five years period".The whole system interface is simple ,easy to operate, flexible, practical, and also can complete the whole process of the personnel management, realize the paperless office and personnel information management of the systematic realization, standardization and automation. At the same time the system has good availability and reliability, providing convenience and fast for the academy personnel management information, and also provides certain decision support for institute leaders. |
