The empowerment of individuals from the media platform has provided opportunities for Chinese netizens to make a big difference.As the most rapid development of the media,WeChat has changed the life trajectory of many content creators on the one hand,and quickly dispelled the original way from the media.Local WeChat from the media as a new species that is geographically separated,with its proximity allows many local netizens to share the dividends of the Internet era.The research object of this paper is the local WeChat self-media of life service.It is a regional-oriented life service-oriented self-media.It is different from the vertical self-media developed for the whole country.It has a unique development path because of its localization characteristics.The author will conduct research on the operation strategy of local service WeChat self media from three aspects of content production,user operation and business realization.In the introduction part of the first chapter,the paper expounds the research background and significance,sorts out the research status of self-media and life service local WeChat self-media,and summarizes the local WeChat self-media,life service local WeChat self-media and business operation strategy.The related concepts and the innovation points are explained,which provides a clear research framework for the writing of the article.From the perspective of content production,the second chapter summarizes the local service WeChat self-media needs to accurately locate the user needs,improve the production capacity of original content,expand the diversified presentation mode,and combine the local regional changes to improve the content production level.Based on the service of life,the company produces content products that meet the needs of local users,and proposes an operational strategy for the production of local WeChat self-media content for life services.The third chapter mainly explains the operation strategy proposed by users in the local area.It is supported by the 6 rules of growth hacker.It studies from three dimensions of attracting users,maintaining users and creating user value,specifically to broaden the promotion path.To enhance user activity and enhance user stickiness,optimize the payment experience,and expand user value.The main research directions are the user operation strategies in the user operation phase.The fourth chapter comprehensively interprets the local service WeChat self-media commercial realization channel of life service,and elaborates from the three modules of advertising,content payment and local e-commerce,aiming at the commercial realization mode of local WeChat self-media for life service.Provide a more comprehensive reference.The fifth chapter is a summary of the full-text view.Through the analysis of representative success cases,the operation strategy of local WeChat self-media development suitable for life service is summarized,which will guide the future operation practice.
