Our country has relatively rich coal resources.Large and small mines spread all over the country and face an important problem at the same time of mining.That is the problem of coal sales.With the expansion of the informatization,enterprises are tailor-made for themselves.The marketing system is inevitable.The traditional coal sales management mainly focuses on the manual operation of machinery,the management efficiency is low,the quality of management is not good,and management may appear chaotic.Both buyers and sellers randomly select each other,and the sales efficiency is not hard to imagine.Therefore,a good management mechanism is a necessary condition for smooth coal sales.After investigating the existing coal sales system and analyzing the traditional sales methods,we designed a coal sales system based on ASP.NET.It uses SQL Server 2012 as the database technology developed by the system and Microsoft visual studio 2010 as the development platform.It uses the UML unified modeling language for development and design,which guarantees the accuracy of coal sales-related data,enables real-time updates,and dynamically understands its development.Happening.Through analysis,the system includes three types of users,namely individual users,enterprise users,and administrator users.Individual users can view information about coal supply companies,such as inventory,coal prices,coal sales contracts,business locations,etc.,as well as upload their own information,such as coal demand and geographic location.Administrator users can manage personal and business related information and make timely changes,additions,and deletions.In short,different users give different permissions,and different users perform coal transactions within their respective jurisdictions.We divide the functions of the system into quotation management,settlement management,order management,shipment management,goods receipt management,inventory management,mail management,contract management,and fund management.Order management is based on the user's demand for coal and signed a contract with it,all the contracts are summarized,and then unified management.The system can be divided and managed according to the distance to the place of order and the type of order.Order management,customer management,reseller management,report management,and resource management are all part of order management.Delivery management is the sale of coal resources to the needs of customers.It is the ultimate goal of the company.How to quickly and accurately deliver goods to customers in a timely manner is one of the issues that needs to be considered.Contract management is an important part of sales management.A contract is like a certificate.It is the best proof of a transaction.
