With the produce and large-scale application of 4G and IoT,the traditional multi-service transfer platform technology has been unable to meet the load demand of telecommunication network,the internet protocol-radio access network technology has effective load,flexible extension and support point to multipoint communication,resources management and convenient advantage,become the inevitable choice of the construction of Dezhou telecom transport network.Dezhou telecom began to carry out IP RAN deployment and construction in 2013.By the end of 2018,it has been implemented for five years.IP RAN construction has gone through a process from scratch,from regional pilot to scale coverage.In the process of IP RAN network construction,in accordance with the business development needs of Dezhou telecom,different regions and different requirements focused network coverage were realized in different construction periods.The main achievements are as follows:(1)2013 is the initial deployment period.In that year,the core layer of the project completed the network architecture of ER and above,and the convergence and access layer covered the hot business development areas in decheng district and the main urban area of the development zone.Five pairs of convergence router devices(B devices)and 91 end access router devices(A devices)were deployed,and the ring rate of access layer A devices was 93.4%.After the completion of the project,the IP RAN network scale took shape,realizing coverage of more than 85% 3G / 4G base stations in the main urban area.It can meet the data flow carrying capacity of more than 90% mobile users in the main urban area,and the peak rate of wireless data of single base station within the coverage area increases from less than 20 M to 150M;With more than 90% of the main urban areas of government and enterprise customers business access capacity.(2)The scale deployment period is from 2014 to 2015.At the core level,the network architecture remains unchanged,and the capacity of ER equipment expands on demand.At the convergence and access level,the uplinking bandwidth of 5 pairs of B devices in the urban area was transformed from 2 GE to 1 10 GE.The network architecture of IP RAN convergence layer in 10 counties was built and access layer A equipment was deployed in the urban area of the county.A total of 14 pairs of B devices and 306 terminal A devices were newly deployed,and the ring rate of access layer was 89.3%.After the construction,the IP RAN network scale of Dezhou telecom has been continuously expanded and the access capacity has been continuously improved.The IP RAN network has covered 100% 3G / 4G base stations in the main urban area,over 90% 3G / 4G base stations in the urban areas of counties,and over 30% 3G / 4G base stations in towns.Meet the main urban area,county urban area more than 98% mobile user data load;It meets the business access ability of 100% government and enterprise customers in the main urban area and over 90% government and enterprise customers in districts and counties.(3)After 2016,the expansion period is on demand.The content of network construction is mainly to expand the coverage of the original IP RAN network,and some developed towns deploy B device nodes to realize the full coverage of township business,and at the same time,make up coverage for the weak areas of original coverage and emerging business areas.Sixteen pairs of township B equipment and 347 sets of A equipment were newly deployed,and the rate of access layer ring formation was 91.2%.By the end of 2018,the IP RAN network deployment of Dezhou telecom has been basically completed,and the IP RAN network has achieved coverage of all 3G / 4G base stations in Dezhou.Carrying 100% mobile customer traffic,the peak traffic of mobile network in the area covered by 4G site is about 10 times higher than that in 3G.To achieve the city's urban areas,counties,towns and cities 100 percent of the government and enterprise business access capacity.Through the five years of IP RAN construction of Dezhou telecom,Dezhou telecom IP RAN transport network has a strong comprehensive business carrying capacity and high security.At the same time,with the rise and development of 5G technology,the era of Internet of everything is coming.At the level of transport network,the IP RAN transport network of Dezhou telecom in the future can be smoothly evolved on the existing basis,with the application prospect of unified carrier of 4G/5G services.
