TV station is a traditional broadcasting media organization.With the continuous improvement of the information level of TV station,electronic manuscript has become the main information carrier of TV station,and the management and retrieval of manuscript has also become the main work content of TV station staff.Due to the increasing demand and quantity of manuscripts,it is difficult to meet the daily needs of TV station's manuscripts management.The research and design of manuscript management and retrieval system can better meet the work needs of TV stations,improve the way of manuscript management and review,improve the work efficiency of manuscript management and retrieval,and carry out all kinds of manuscript management and retrieval work quickly and efficiently.Based on ASP.NET three-tier architecture,this paper designs and studies the management and retrieval system of TV station manuscripts.The main research contents include the following five points: Firstly,the current situation and causes of the problems in the management and retrieval of TV station's manuscripts,the development stage of the retrieval system of manuscripts,the retrieval methods and the research results of the system,the technical theory and scientific research literature of the retrieval system of manuscripts,and the significance and necessity of the research on the retrieval management system of manuscripts.Secondly,the systematic The key technologies are introduced,including asp.net technology,ado.net Entity Framework,SQL Server database and distributed processing architecture,which improve the technical advantages of the system.Thirdly,understand the actual work requirements of the TV station in depth,carry out a detailed demand analysis of the TV station document management system,and use case diagram to describe and analyze the system functions to achieve the goals and performance objectives.Fourthly,explain the design process of the system's architecture,architecture and database structure,and divide the system into six modules: clue management,manuscript management,score management,manuscript fee management,manuscript retrieval and system management.Among them,clue management is used by clue collectors to collect news clues in the network and life,and conduct current affairs through clue collection function.The hot spot information is collected,then the collected data are sorted and classified,the authenticity of the clue information is checked,and the interview sheet information is reported and generated.The document management function needs to help the document writer to complete the writing function and publishing management of the document.The document management needs to include the four roles of the document writer,system administrator,document auditor and document rater.The document management function needs to include the document writing,document viewing,document review process configuration,document review and document deactivation,etc.The scoring management function needs to complete the scoring operation of the manuscript.The role of the scoring function is the reviewer and writer of the manuscript.The scoring function needs to include initiating the scoring of the manuscript,scoring of the manuscript,scoring query and ranking.The contribution fee management function needs to assist the reviewer to complete the filling in and distribution of the contribution fee of the author,and the contribution fee management function should complete the statistics and summary of the monthly contribution fee information of the reviewer.The paper management and retrieval system of TV station is designed based on three-tier architecture,which improves the performance advantage of the system.After testing,the system meets the requirements of TV station in function module design,retrieval and information processing performance.The system can provide unified document access,retrieval,management and other services for TV stations to carry out various business work in the actual online operation,and meet the requirements of information construction of TV stations.
