Research On Project Progress Management Based On Bayesian Network Key Chain

With the rapid development of computers and the increasing application of information technology,software products have developed rapidly in all walks of life,and software development projects are becoming more and more complex.How to complete the development of software projects with better quality,faster speed and lower cost is still a difficult problem for every software project manager.Schedule management is an indispensable link in the whole process of software project from requirement determination to deployment,and even plays an important role in every stage of software development,affecting the success of the software product.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish an efficient software project schedule management model.This paper takes the development process of CC company's office system project as an example,divides the whole development process by some progress management tool,analyses the stages involved in the development process of the office system project,finds out the corresponding key path of the project,and finds out the possible resource rush of the office system project in the process of progress management through the critical chain project management(CCPM).Sudden problems,identify the key chain of the office system project,and then analyze the progress management problems of the key chain project management method in the office system project.Therefore,on the basis of the key chain project schedule management,this paper proposes a project schedule management model based on Bayesian network key chain to manage and forecast the progress of office system projects.In the research of the key chain model of Bayesian network,the uncertainties in the four stages of schedule management,the construction method of the model,the reasoning algorithm and data training in the model are given.The validity and correctness of the key chain model of Bayesian network are verified by the nodes in the critical path in each stage of the Office system project.This paper provides a reference for the project manager how to realize more effective prediction of uncertainties in the current project development when CC company office system carries out schedule management in the whole process,so as to adjust and optimize the uncertainties in the process of project schedule management in advance.It also provides reference for project managers of software development.
