| Schedule,quality and cost are important constraints on software development projects,and schedule management is the core element.Effective schedule management ensures that software development projects are delivered on time and maximize customer goals.As a research and development enterprise with software development as its main business,YC company’s project schedule management level directly affects the company’s management efficiency and profitability.In this paper,through the research on the current situation of YC company’s software development project schedule management,and with the help of literature and other methods to obtain information,the paper identifies the factors affecting the schedule from the four directions of environment,personnel,technology and management system,and finds that it has the right to organize the project.Responsibilities are ambiguous,members lack a sense of belonging,resource allocation is unbalanced,demand management is out of control,process control is extensive,project communication is poor,and project risk awareness is insufficient.Through in-depth research on the above problems,it is analyzed that the root causes of these problems are that the YC company’s project management system is outdated and has not been optimized according to its own actual situation,the project management team lacks theoretical knowledge and lacks awareness of its importance,and lacks awareness of project schedule management.position and lack of means.Based on the traditional project schedule management theory and agile and other new project management ideas,combined with the own characteristics of software development projects and the actual situation of YC company,this paper proposes an optimization plan for YC company’s software development project schedule management.Specific optimization methods and measures are put forward in terms of control and related factors.In addition,this paper tests the implementation effect of the scheme through the real project case of YC Company CSYQ.The implementation results show that these optimized schemes ensure that the project is delivered on schedule and with high quality,and the project progress and overall management level have been greatly improved.The optimization scheme explored in this paper plays a very important role in promoting the improvement of YC company’s project management ability and actual delivery ability,and also brings certain economic and brand benefits to the company.At the same time,this thesis also has certain guiding significance for the improvement of the progress management ability of similar small and medium-sized software development enterprises in China. |
