Research On Enterprise Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Evaluation Based On AHP-FUZZY

Intelligent manufacturing,as the main direction of "made in China 2025",is the main way to transform and upgrade the manufacturing industry.The evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capability is of great significance in helping enterprises to define their level of intelligent manufacturing capability and the direction of intelligent transformation.At present,most manufacturing enterprises don't understand their level of intelligent manufacturing ability and impede the intelligent development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper will provide a feasible and easy to operate evaluation method for enterprises' level of intelligent manufacturing ability.First of all,this article related literature at home and abroad,on the basis of survey research,enterprise actual demand and current situation of the development of intelligent manufacturing,to select the core production process,from the perspective of "Manufacturing+Smart",research and development design,production,logistics and warehousing,connectivity and integration platform,system integration and sharing construction five level indicators and 16 secondary index has constructed the evaluation index system of enterprise intelligent manufacturing capacity;Secondly,through comparative analysis of intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and factor analysis method,this paper selects the method combining AHP with fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the intelligent manufacturing capability of enterprises,considering the complexity,level and characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing system itself,which is difficult to describe quantitatively.Finally,the appropriate membership function is selected to construct the evaluation model of AHP-FUZZY method.Taking the pharmaceutical industry of Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper USES the evaluation model to evaluate the intelligent manufacturing ability of representatives of 30 selected pharmaceutical enterprises,and gives the evaluation results based on the feedback data of the enterprises.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,this paper finds out the restricting factors hindering the intelligent development of the pharmaceutical industry in Jiangxi Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the intelligent development and improve the intelligent level of the pharmaceutical industry in Jiangxi Province.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized and propose the direction of further research.
