Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,technological innovation has given us more choices.With the great convenience brought by mobile,intelligent,network and other new technologies,the reading habits of the public have also changed dramatically.The interactive reading community is the product of meeting the personalized needs of the public at the reading level.Readers begin to participate in the creation of the story,create together with the author,and complete the work together.After eight years of development,the interactive reading community has occupied a place in the women's market.Among them,Cheng Guang interactive reading community is the most perfect,and has become a typical representative of the interactive reading community.However,there are few researches on the interactive reading community in the academic community.Cheng Guang interactive reading community as a leading enterprise of interactive reading community,does its development model have any reference?What's the inspiration for the development of Chinese entertainment market?This is the focus of this paper.Christoph zott,the pioneer of business model theory,expressed the business model as the connection between the elements of innovation,and put forward the classification of business model into four dimensions:customer,value supply,profit model and competitiveness.The business model as the link between the elements is for innovation.The completion of the innovative business model provides a sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises.The success of an enterprise in business development will be reflected in its business model.Therefore,this paper will analyze the business model of Cheng Guang interactive reading community from the four aspects of customers,value provision,profit model and competitiveness,combined with the questionnaire method.This paper analyzes the advantages of the business model of Cheng Guang interactive reading community,summarizes its successful experience of sustainable development,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems existing in the business model of Cheng Guang interactive reading community,and finally summarizes the Enlightenment of the interactive reading community on the development of cultural and entertainment industry in China.
