Research On Profit Model And Financial Evaluation Of Shanxi Fen Wine Under Digital Transformation

According to the data published in the Digital China Construction Development Report,China's digital economy reached 27.2 trillion yuan in 2017,accounting for 55 percent of GDP growth," The 2018 Government Work Report and the 19 th National Congress have proposed to build a modern economic system under the digital China.In the context of today's technological and industrial transformation,it has become a new direction of economic development to re-inject vitality into traditional industries by using new technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence.Therefore,the profit model based on digital transformation is a reasonable choice to improve the profit ability of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.The digital construction of the profit model of China's traditional liquor enterprises is conducive to enterprises to complete the adjustment of the management model and the optimization of business structure,so as to use this optimized management model to enhance the ability of enterprises to prevent and respond to risks.Shanxi Fen Wine based on the digital transformation of the implementation process and business characteristics of the profit model,typical in the industry,is the front-runner for the implementation of digital transformation,therefore,this paper selects Shanxi Fen Wine as a case,firstly,it expounds the connotation of digital transformation,profit model and financial evaluation,secondly,it analyzes the implementation background and implementation status of Shanxi Fen Wine's profit model based on digital transformation,the financial data of 2014-2018 are selected and compared with other enterprise in the same industry to make financial evaluation on their profit model under digital transformation.Finally,combined with the development status of Shanxi Fen Wine business and the new environment faced by brewing industry,the successful experience of Shanxi Fen Wine was summarized,and from the situation of Shanxi Fen Wine's implementation of the digital transformation of its profit model,it has always drawn inspiration for the brewing industry and other industries.The conclusions are as follows: The profit model based on digital transformation can be based on the original business model of the company,through the introduction of digital technology,the optimized profit model into the company's business management,and continuously improved the business structure of the enterprise,then break through the bottleneck of development,improve the profitability of enterprises,and eventually achieve the sustainable profit and healthy development of the enterprise.
