The research of photoelectric detection technology is in a stage of rapid development,and has been popularized in our lives,which has made a great change in our lifestyle.Among them,the most widely used fields include industrial monitoring,medical X-ray imaging,short-wave infrared monitoring,machine vision,visible light cameras,guidance and other related civilian and military fields.According to the actual demand,this paper discusses the design method of detector system which based on photodiode dot matrix and introduces the design of the system from two aspects of hardware circuit and software program.Finally,I realized the design and manufacture of a visible-near-infrared full-band photoelectric detection system based on a photodiode lattice.The main work of this article is as follows:1.In the circuit module design of the photodiode dot matrix detector,the overall scheme of the system was researched and designed by myself.The design scheme of line scanning of the dot matrix was driven by a single-chip microcomputer,and the circuit schematic diagram of the detection system was drawn.According to the demand,the appropriate device was selected,and finally the PCB diagram was completed,and the whole circuit was made into a physical product.This project divides the hardware circuit module into single-chip microcomputer control module,line scan module,serial port to USB module,program burning module and power supply module.2.In the software module design of the photodiode dot matrix detector,the software design module is divided into three parts: a single-chip microcomputer control program,a PC data acquisition program and a PC data processing program.Among them,the one-chip computer control program is responsible for driving the one-chip computer to control the entire circuit module and communicate with the PC.The operation of the PC data acquisition program and the PC data processing program adopts a multi-threaded scheme to ensure the accuracy of the data.The PC data acquisition program is mainly used to control the acquisition work of the acquisition card.The PC data processing program is used to convert the collected voltage values,convert the voltage matrix to the gray value matrix and perform the corresponding image noise reduction work,and finally complete the image showing work..3.The software and hardware test of the designed detector system is carried out,and a large amount of voltage data is obtained under different light conditions.The test results show that the designed readout circuit can well meet the requirements of the system.The visible-infrared full-band photoelectric detection system based on the photodiode dot matrix has a certain detection capability,which can accurately perform data collection and image processing and display work.
