At present,China is the largest manufacturing base and consumer market of electronic products in the world.The rise and development of 5G(5th Generation)technology,Industrial Internet of things,AI(Artificial Intelligence)and cloud computing projects are inseparable from PCBA(printed circuit board assembly),and the progress of PCBA technology is also the basis of its development.In this paper,the design and implementation of PCBA automatic inspection system is the main content of the study,and the related technology and test scheme are analyzed.This paper focuses on the detection of PCBA,among which ICT(in circuit tester)and FCT(functional circuit test)are the essential key quality control links in the production process of PCBA.However,in the actual production management process,due to the reasons of less single model output,more test items,higher tooling manufacturing cost,and the high-speed development of electronic technology,which requires high universality and concentration of PCBA testing instruments,many companies are unable to customize special testing tooling for different types of PCBA.For the above development requirements,based on the strong current 220V test,this paper integrates the computer control interface software,PLC(programmable logic Controller)control circuit(including communication circuit)and the structure of general test tooling,etc.,completed a set of general test system that can test different kinds of circuit boards on the same set of single board test tooling through simple replacement of components and wiring.The hardware part of the system includes the use of ARM chip,TTL to serial port(RS485 communication circuit),and the conversion of plc-pcba control board.The software includes the use of communication protocol,MCU program and computer program design.Through the editing and execution of test command,the test requirements and data acquisition and analysis realized.Through the selection of cylinder,the design of box body,carrier plate and mechanism movement,the whole testing machine is established,and the product size and testing requirements are fully considered.Finally,the system module and function test completed through the platform,the relevant design theory and method verified,and the design results of this paper verified.To sum up,this paper designs and implements the software,hardware and test programming of PCBA electronic board universal testing platform,completes a set of universal PCBA electronic board testing system,and purchases related structures,hardware and system installation and debugging an experimental platform that meets the testing requirements.Users can complete different types of PCBA by simply replacing test pins The test requirements solve the practical difficulties of the complexity of PCBA electronic board test in the production process,reduce the difficulty of development and maintenance of test tooling,not only simple operation,but also low cost.The results be apply to PCBA board test designed/produced by small and medium-sized enterprises.
