With Made in China 2025,the German Industry 4.0 strategy is proposed,The Industrial Internet of Things has become a key competitiveness of the national manufacturing industry,and the development of intelligent manufacturing systems and Industrial Internet of Things technology is accelerating.The development of an intelligent manufacturing system needs to be based on low-cost,simple to deploy IIo T technologies for intelligent industrial production.As a key technology of IIo T,wireless communication technology is not only flexible and easy to deploy and maintain,but also in line with the future development trend of intelligent manufacturing industry.There are two main factors that affect the efficiency and quality of wireless communications transmission : One is the wireless channel characteristics of the transmission;the other is the signal-to-noise ratio of the transmission link.Therefore,the study of wireless channel characteristics and electromagnetic noise characteristics is of great significance for the development of IIo T technology.The wireless channel characteristics and electromagnetic noise characteristics of industrial environments are significantly different from traditional indoor scenes(offices,residential areas).On the one hand,the presence of fixed buildings and various types of large metal equipment in the industrial environment has a different impact on wireless signal propagation.On the other hand,the presence of mechanical processing equipment(e.g.,inverters,voltage regulators)in industrial environments emits electromagnetic noise,which affects the spread of wireless signals.In order to explore the industrial wireless channel characteristics and electromagnetic noise characteristics,this paper establishes the IIo T wireless channel simulation platform and IIo T electromagnetic noise simulation platform.The simulation platform in this paper realizes the modeling of industrial scenarios,can establish channel models and noise models in different scenarios,meets the research needs of wireless channels and electromagnetic noise in industrial scenarios,and provides a certain basis for the subsequent research of wireless communication technology for IIo T.The main work of the paper includes:(1)This paper established a IIo T wireless channel simulation platform,selected typical industrial scenarios,including 14 scenarios such as industrial equipment mills,chemical pulp and cable mills and considered the theory of path loss,shadow effect,blocking effect,multipath effect and time varying channels,completed the simulation of wireless channels in industrial environment.Finally,the simulation platform was validated based on the measured data.(2)This paper established the IIo T electromagnetic noise simulation platform,selected the frequency converter,voltage regulator and other mechanical processing equipment,the time domain simulation of electromagnetic noise of different machining equipment was completed by using the Vladimir Markov model,and the three parameters of amplitude probability distribution,pulse duration distribution and pulse interval time distribution were analyzed and extracted.Finally,the simulation platform was validated based on the measured data.
