Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of people's life,the market demands for engineering machinery have been expanded gradually.Due to the backward production and logistics equipment of current engineering machinery manufacturers,their production fail to satisfy the market demands.In order to catch up with the development,enter prises need to restructure production and logistics businesses to cope with various challenges for smart manufacturing.The paper is developed based on ASP.NET,taking into account COM+ technology,PLC technology and SQL Server database,with the main work as follows:1.Analyze demands of system businesses and divide systems into user setting module,basic data module,production setting module,production process module and logistics management module.On the other hand,systematic overall structure model,application structure and network structure are established so as to complete development of system functions.2.Analyze the system's data characteristics and divide management system into three parts,namely basic data,production data and logistics data.Meanwhile,create systematic database model,and complete detailed design of database sheet structure to provide data support for the system.3.Aiming at the automation production process,we establish a directed graph based on product process and production line.Meanwhile,find the minimum value with the global search algorithm,so as to improve the efficiency of automation production.On the other hand,a multi-restraint dispatching model is established to realize automatic dispatching and achieve best a llocation between logistics resources and clients' individual demands.The paper establishes a service management platform integrating production and logistics through systematic development,so as to provide an information-based,smart and automatic platform for enterprises' work.The system integrates logistics service providers,vehicle drivers and engineering machinery traders based on businesses and achieves the objective of collaborative work and information sharing.According to the system test resul ts,the management system developed in the paper features lightweight assembly,strong functions and high efficiency,thus further promoting the process of information orientation,smart logistics and automatic production for enterprises in our country.
