Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Financial Sharing Center Under The Background Of Big Data,Intelligence,Mobile Internet,Cloud Computing

M & A and reorganization among enterprises has become more frequent with the global economic integration,and has brought a series of problems,such as rising costs and difficult financial management and control,and the financial shared service center has emerged as the times require.Ford first introduced the concept of shared service model in the 1980 s.Nowadays,financial shared services are becoming more and more popular.Many companies have established their own financial sharing centers,which has improved the efficiency and reasonableness of financial work and has controlled corporate management risks.With the rapid development of information technology,the era of big data,intelligence,mobile internet and cloud computing has arrived,so how to use these technologies to build and optimize financial sharing centers to achieve more effective increase in operating efficiency,control of management costs and reduction of financial risks have become an important challenge currently faced by the financial management of Chinese enterprises,and these are also the direction and significance of this article.ZTE Corporation is a global leading comprehensive communications manufacturing listed company.In 2005,ZTE formally established its own financial sharing center and thus becoming the first domestic company who have a financial sharing center.ZTE has a lot of practical experience in financial sharing services,and its mature financial sharing service model has been used as a reference for many enterprises that intend to establish or are establishing financial sharing centers.This paper mainly uses the case analysis method,literature research method and theoretical analysis method to study the construction of financial sharing services under the background of big data,intelligence,mobile internet and cloud computing.Based on the in-depth analysis of the construction plan of ZTE's financial sharing center,this article summarize the aspects of sharing center that can be used as a reference,and measures and suggestions for improving the financial sharing center are proposed in order to provide reference and reference for other enterprises.This article is composed of seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces theresearch background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,and innovations and deficiencies of this article.The second chapter summarizes the relevant literature and compares and summarizes the domestic Foreign scholars' research results on financial sharing services and technology of big data,intelligence,mobile internet and cloud computing;The third chapter introduces the main concepts,related theoretical foundations and the theoretical framework of building a financial sharing center;The fourth chapter describes the impact of technology of big data,intelligence,mobile internet and cloud computing have on the traditional financial sharing services;The fifth chapter is a case study that analyzes how ZTE uses technology of big data,intelligence,mobile internet and cloud computing to build its own financial sharing center-“ZTE Finance Cloud”,and evaluates the implementation effects and problems of ZTE Finance Cloud;The sixth chapter puts forward measures and suggestions on how to improve and improve the financial sharing center;The seventh chapter summarizes the conclusions and enlightenments obtained from the study.
