Application Of Block Chain Technology In LS Bank Equity Trading Management

LS Bank,which has more than 50 years of development history,has completed the joint-stock reform after many years of property right system reform.However,it continues to deepen the equity management problems in the process of property right reform,which restricts the rapid development of LS Bank and hinders the property right reform of LS Bank and the construction of modern enterprise system.Block chain technology has begun to integrate into all aspects of social life.Block chain technology is suitable for small-scale,full-chain,low-frequency trading scenarios.It is in line with the need to build the equity trading management mechanism of non-listed banks represented by LS Bank,and also provides a new choice for LS Bank to deepen the implementation of property rights reform.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,it combs the related concepts of property rights reform and equity trading,equity structure and equity value evaluation,WBS theory and block chain technology,and analyses the history and current situation of LS bank property rights reform.The second is to conduct a questionnaire survey on LS bank's equity transferor and equity transferee,revealing the problems of equity management and the causes of the problems in LS bank's property rights reform.This paper analyses the ideas of deepening property rights reform of LS Bank and the specific ways to realize the application of equity trading management platform based on block chain technology.At the same time,it also analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment of LS Bank.Thirdly,the LS bank equity trading platform based on block chain technology is decomposed,and the core objectives,management mode,principles and concepts of the platform are analyzed.Then,the framework of the platform is planned and designed with block chain technology,and the business function modules of the platform are designed in detail.Fourthly,it analyses the management strategies of LS bank in the process of platform implementation,organization,management organization and fund planning,and analyses the expected effect of ownership structure,equity value,equity management efficiency and the direction of further improvement of the platform.Finally,the text research is summarized.
