With the rapid development of computer network technology,online financial expense reimbursement has become a trend in various industries.Throughout the information construction of most domestic power supply companies,most of them pay more attention to the research and development and introduction of Engineering projects,budget management,talent management and other systems,while there are still some shortcomings in the combination of employee reimbursement management and financial management.At present,the financial reimbursement of a power supply company still adopts the traditional management mode,requiring employees to fill in thesis documents,then through the leadership approval at all levels,and finally to the financial personnel for review to complete the reimbursement process.Such a management model has many drawbacks due to its tedious process.Therefore,a power supply company urgently needs to build an online reimbursement system in line with the company's financial reimbursement system,which plays an important role and significance in improving the company's financial reimbursement information management level.Combining with the characteristics of financial reimbursement management of a power supply company,this thesis develops an online financial reimbursement management system based on the three-tier software architecture of B/S,using ASP.NET technology and database management technology,aiming at optimizing the tedious process of traditional offline expenses declaration and approval.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background,research significance and development status at home and abroad,and outlines the key development technologies of the system to the readers.Secondly,it investigates the specific needs of the company about the system,and completes the functional analysis of the system by using UML tools.Then,the overall structure of the system,software architecture,and software architecture of the system are introduced.Physical architecture and specific functions are designed,and database E-R modeling and data dictionary design are completed.Finally,ASP.NET technology and database technology are used to realize the functions,and the system functions and non-functional tests are completed.The results of this thesis are of great significance to the financial reimbursement management of a power supply company.Based on B/S architecture,this thesis uses APS.NET technology to research and develop.It focuses on user login,user management,budget management,loan management,reimbursement management and other functions of the system.It builds a web-based financial reimbursement system that breaks the traditional manual,unrestricted by geographical and time constraints,and achieves the financial management of the company.Networking,standardization and standardization.The construction of this system has brought a qualitative leap for the company's financial reimbursement management,simplified the financial reimbursement process,and improved work efficiency.
