| With the development of economic globalization,China is facing the increasingly fierce market competition as the center of world manufacturing.Through information technology to enhance core competitiveness and develop new and better products,it can shorten the development cycle,effectively increase revenue and reduce costs.At present,MW's R&D project management faces many situations,such as a wide variety of products,complex R&D management systems,long technology transitions,and a large number of R&D personnel.The traditional extensive R&D management model can no longer meet the needs of R&D management,and there will be kind of risk.In order to improve the efficiency of R&D project management and promote the effective supervision of product design to manufacturing process,the construction of PLM project management system studied in this paper is of great significance.This thesis first analyzes the main background of PLM project management system construction,points out that system construction has very important application value,expounds the research status of the subject,and summarizes the organizational structure of the project.Then introduce the technical characteristics and working principle of Spring mvc,Hibernate,Hibernate,Ext.js,UML modeling and other technologies used in system development.Then use the function use case diagram to describe the important business functions of the system,analyze the core business process of the system,and point out the non-functional requirements of the system.This thesis points out the system design ideas,the overall design of the overall architecture,technical architecture and other architecture,points out the application level and key technologies of the PLM project management system,and then designs the system functional structure and network deployment,and clarifies the system's functional composition and hardware composition.The database design is carried out from two aspects: ER conceptual model and database table structure physical model.This thesis focuses on the detailed design and implementation of system login,project information management,project plan management,task management,project member management,project document management,product structure management,project dynamic management and other functional modules.Finally,this thesis introduces the test process of data integrity,function and performance of the system,and confirms that the system can be released online.The research of this thesis provides a good information platform for the implementation and management of MW product R&D projects,effectively shortening the project implementation cycle,reducing the cost of product R&D projects,realizing the visual management of product R&D project processes,and realizing R&D project processes,data,the unification of the system ensures that the project is implemented in the direction of standardization and process,and realizes lean management,thereby improving the market competitiveness of MW products and improving the economic benefits of the company. |
