This thesis takes the development status of the medical device industry and existing problems as the background,and combines the cloud manufacturing technology concept,and takes the cloud manufacturing service platform for the medical device industry as the research object,and proposes the architecture and service function structure of the development platform.Several key technologies were researched,and the two functional services of the platform,collaborative manufacturing service and collaborative procurement service were analyzed,and detailed design was carried out.Finally,the platform system architecture was built and its prototype system was developed.First of all,in the introduction chapter,this article analyzes the current development status of cloud manufacturing technology and medical device industry,and addresses the lack of cloud platform technology in the medical device industry,and presents the problems of informationization and collaboration in the medical device industry.The research background,purpose and significance of this paper are drawn,and the main content and overall structure of this research are confirmed.After this article,the overall design of the cloud manufacturing service platform for the medical device industry was designed.Aimed at the business requirements and service requirements of the cloud manufacturing service platform that highlights the characteristics of the medical device industry,the platform's architecture and service functions have been specifically designed.Several key technologies designed for the development platform functions are studied.The process of plan decomposition,job control and scheduling in collaborative manufacturing scheduling strategy are studied.And based on cost optimization,a problem model of collaborative manufacturing task allocation is proposed,which is solved by using particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,according to the characteristics of the medical device industry,a set of collaborative procurement supplier evaluation index system was compiled,and based on this,a supplier evaluation method was proposed.It mainly researches and designs in detail two functional service modules of collaborative manufacturing and collaborative procurement.According to its service requirements,corresponding design schemes are proposed,and the key technologies mentioned above are incorporated into the design process,including service process design,functional module design,and database design.Then briefly describes the development environment of the platform prototype system,and demonstrates part of the development process.It also shows examples of website design and platform functions of some medical device cloud manufacturing service platforms.Finally,the research contents and deficiencies in the paper are summarized,and the future research directions for the deficiencies of the paper and the development space of the research are summarized.
