Design And Implementation Of Combustible Gas Detection And Early Warning Control System Based On Internet Of Things

Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan of the Internet of Things,the RFID sensor network M2 M system framework and cloud computing have formed the key technologies in the era of the Internet of Things.It can be applied to intelligent transportation,intelligent home,public safety and other major fields,and its impact on people's life cannot be underestimated.In this paper,bluetooth radio technology,sensing technology and related control algorithms are analyzed,and the design and implementation of combustible gas detection and early warning system based on the Internet of Things are described in detail.In order to complete this topic,the following researches are carried out in this paper:Analyze and study the application and design of Internet of Things technology in the system.Through Bluetooth radio technology,wireless connection and data interaction are carried out between mobile phone and control system.The combustible gas detection and early warning system is studied to realize the functions of such important equipment as combustible gas detector,combustible gas alarm controller and fire sound and light alarm.For the construction and design of this subject system,Altium Designer drawing software is used on the hardware to design and draw the circuit of the main board of the control system.Keil was used to compile the software,and the logic controller(STM32F103RCT6)of the system was programmed logically.Bluetooth serial port assistant interface was used to realize wireless control of the control system.At the same time,MATLAB simulation software is used to simulate the design circuit and the relevant control algorithm of the system.The main control algorithm used in this paper is PID control algorithm,in this paper,mainly used in the control of the exhaust fan speed.The system will use PID algorithm to adjust and control the exhaust fan speed according to the combustible gas concentration detected by the combustible gas detector.Combustible gas detection and early warning and control system based on the Internet of Things,whether in the industrial control field or civil field,has a wide range of application significance,to protect our personal safety and social security all the time,its research is of great significance.
