| With the gradual development of the global economy,the scale of project management is also increasing,in which the proportion of multiple projects is more than 90%,and still rising gradually.In the actual process of multi-project management,there are many projects in parallel construction.Due to the scarcity of resources,project scheduling conflicts are common,which restricts the success development of the project.In the traditional resource constrained project scheduling,it is usually assumed that resources are available at any time,while ignoring the possible failure problems or scheduled maintenance arrangements.These unavailable time windows also limit the normal development of multiple projects.In multi-project management,it is of great practical significance to realize the allocation of resources with time window,and ease the resource conflicts among multi-projects and multi processes,so as to ensure that all projects are completed on time and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.The shared resource scheduling in multi-project management has the following problems: first,how to allocate resources among projects when there are processing conflicts in different projects;second,how to allocate resources under the constraints of time window.In view of the above situation,this paper studies the multi-project scheduling problem considering resource time window.At the same time,considering the related processing cost of the project and the reward and penalty involved in the completion of the project,aiming at minimizing the completion cost of multiple projects,this paper designs a genetic algorithm based on priority rules to solve the resource conflict problem in multiple projects.At the same time,this paper uses the data of standard project library psplib to carry out matlab simulation experiment,analyzes and explains the example,and obtains the scheduling scheme considering resource time window in multi-project situation.In the background of multi-project scheduling,this paper further analyzes the impact of the change of project weight on the completion time and the overall completion cost of multi-projects,and explores the change of scheduling results when the transfer time of resources between projects can not be ignored.The results show that the impact of project priority change on multi-project scheduling is limited;considering resource transfer time will greatly change the original scheduling scheme,not all of them can ignore this factor in project scheduling.In this paper,the scheduling of resources with time window attribute among projects is studied,which not only helps enterprises better project management,but also provides a reference for solving the resource conflict problem in project management. |
