Research Based On The Study On The Relationship Between The Intellectual Capital Of Enterprise Performance

With entering the new economic era,the role of intellectual capital in the enterprise component is getting more and more important.After decades of development,from initial neglected until now getting the wide attention of the enterprise,intellectual capital as a new capital has become the indispensable support to enterprise development.Different industries and different size of enterprises have their own intellectual capital.As the enterprise's core competitiveness,the contribution of intellectual capital on business performance has even beyond the financial capital and physical capital which contributed to the enterpriseThis article selects Shanghai lixin accounting firm,a typical knowledge-based enterprises as the object of the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise performance.First by analyzing relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise performance of the relevant documents both at home and abroad to understand the status of the academic study of the problem,from the definition of intellectual capital and enterprise performance,concept,characteristics,the evaluation method of introducing relevant content.Next,put forward bold guess on the relationship between the intellectual capital and enterprise performance,and of the selection of the appropriate measure indicators,adopt the form of questionnaire to obtain the relevant data and use the validity analysis,reliability analysis,test and verify the reliability of data,using the descriptive statistics analysis,principal component analysis and regression analysis methods and combined with auxiliary SPSS19.0 software,empirical research.Finally,suggestions were put forward to countermeasures according to research conclusions related.In this paper,we study the conclusion as follows:(1)human capital performance is significantly positively related to its business.(2)capital performance is significantly positively related to its business.(3)capital structure is significantly positively related to its management performance.
