The characteristics of small and medium enterprises are their vast distribution and the flexibility of operating strategies according to external conditions.Following the recently fast development of market economy in China,these enterprises have become an essential and active part,and contributed to plethora of benefits in promoting job opportunity,upgrading life quality,enhancing competitive market,and pacifying variation of economy,all of which disclose their inevitable power.However,a worldwide economic crisis swept their foundation in 2008 with worse managerial prospect,higher finance costs.At the meantime,the chance for their survive faints further away when considering a key factor that there was little incoming financial support from banks who felt reluctant when seeing enterprises featured with small-scale,irrational management,covered accountancy,and low-level credit.The status of these medium and small enterprises,however,is rising up in state economy.The state decided to support them with better financial services.Credit business becomes a breakthrough for marketing interest rate.Following this step,commercial banks in the district of Shenzhen rapidly developed their targeted services and saw it a new source of profit growth.When competition appears fiercer between a great number of state-owned commercial banks,joint-stock banks,city commercial banks and even foreign banks,the Shenzhen branch of Pingan Bank feels determined to broaden its philosophy and improve the financial strategy based on internal conditions,in order to upgrade its competiveness and profit.This dissertation tends to make a thorough disclosure to the financial strategy of Shenzhen to small and medium enterprises,and try to challenge its predicaments according to manners of improvement to tactics and insurance input.This guideline can benefit the Shenzhen branch of Pingan Bank,as well as other commercial banks,a better blueprint of overall competiveness.
