Research On Diversification Strategy For JC Co.,Ltd.

After the reform and opening up,in order to accelerate the process of power grid construction and resolve the troubles of power grid enterprises,a large number of Diversified economic enterprises in electric power industry were established.These enterprises have become the helpers in power grid constructing since then,and developed gradually in the light of main business companies.From 2005,National Director of Department of power grid constantly adjusted policies to diversified economic enterprises,which result diversified economic enterprises in electric power industry in confronting with double challenge of policies and market.The diversified businesses of power sectors needed to comply with the policy adjustment,but they are quite weak in market competition because they were set up to arrange redundancy staff at their early beginnings.Under the background,this essay took JC investment co.,LTD as the research object,based on the relevant literature reading and materials collecting,systematically analyzed and studied its diversification strategy by using comprehensive analysis and statistics analysis method.The author reached a conclusion,made suggestions on relevant policy and diversification protection measures.In addition,under two-dimensional perspective the author statistically analyzed the enterprise group's internal financial data and related industries operating data,and combined actual situation with the Boston matrix.By discussing the comprehensive influence of industrial diversification and geographical diversification on JC Company,the author provided suggestions for Diversified development strategy planning for JC Company.Finally,the author proposed suggestion on the implementation of diversification strategy.This article indicates that after 7 years development,the diversified strategy of JC Corporation has achieved some achievements.But it also has some limitations in choosing the timing and the development plan.When implementing industrial diversification,it fails to fully consider that the company is on diversified development stage and chooses to develop environmental engineering.In result,the company's resource allocation becomes too scattered to invest in leading industries,which,to some extent,restricts the overall development of the company.On the choice of geographical diversity,JC Company should increase the investment in the market.In guarantee under the premise of Liuzhou market position,to the entire province diversified development...
