The Research Of XX Company For Diversification Strategy

From the cases of XX company, through the collecting literature materials and from diversified classification, diversified motivation and the advantages and disadvantages of the diversification theory further understanding and expounded, and through the case analysis analyzes the existing problems and the reason of the problem produced, this thesis combined with related theories to find suggestions to give reasonable plans. Then, on the basis of the analysis of the text, it is concluded that the choice of diversification and conclusion of the implementation. Finally, through the analysis and discussion of the passage, this paper gives some enlightenments for diversified companies.
