In today's society,the competition between enterprises is becoming intense increasingly,and the individual behavior is becoming more and more complicated.In recent years,the counterproductive work behavior of employees in the organization has become more and more common,hindering the growth of enterprises seriously,which may become a great burden to enterprises and even disrupt the internal stability of enterprises.It is challenging for enterprise of its management,survival and development.There are many reasons that could induce counterproductive work behavior,so it is a very important practical significance and theoretical value of how to reduce and prevent the counterproductive work behavior.From perspectives of enterprises,a fair and humanized management could reduce the frequency of counterproductive work behavior,because the relationship between employees and organizations is equal and reciprocal essentially.From perspectives of employees,the occurrence of counterproductive work behavior could also be reduced if employees can hold a positive psychological state and a relatively positive attribution towards situations where he or she is in and also be optimistic about each issue.In this paper,the relevant research on perceived organizational support and psychological capital are reviewed and sorted out,aiming at studying the sense of perceived organizational support which can change the level of psychological capital of employees,thus suppressing counterproductive work behavior and providing new research perspective for management and the reduction of counterproductive work behavior.This paper analyzes relevant literatures and investigates the research model of perceived organizational support,psychological capital and counterproductive work behavior.With the method of questionnaire,first-line staff from a Shenyang Sino-foreign joint ventures vehicle limited company as the research object,the applicable and mature scale is implemented according to the research of domestic and foreign scholars.The SPSS 19.0 software is used for empirical analysis and research to examine the four hypothetical relations proposed in this paper and come to the corresponding conclusion.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between perceived organizational support and counterproductive work behavior of employees and a significant negative correlation between perceived organizational support and psychological capital of employees and also a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and counterproductive work behavior of employees.At the same time,psychological capital plays an intermediary role between perceived organizational support and employees' counterproductive work behavior.This paper could provide scientific and effective management suggestions specifically to the management level of this vehicle company through research,meanwhile it could also provide a new perspective and reference to other enterprise about how to reduce or even inhibit the occurrence of counterproductive work behavior.On the basis of this,then actively guide the staff in order to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
