With the deepening of global economic and financial integration,the rapid development of China's economy,the residents of the private wealth also will continue to grow,resulting in a private banking business,the major commercial banks found a huge business opportunities,private banking has become the major Bank development of key projects.Z Bank attaches great importance to the development of private banking,has been committed to building China's best private banking system,but in the private banking business there are still many problems.Therefore,in this paper,Z Bank J branch of private banking business as an example,focusing on the marketing strategy to study.This paper introduces the theory of private banking,marketing theory,market segmentation theory and SWOT analysis theory,and based on the development of private banking business of J Bank J branch and the problems of marketing Analyzed.Based on the J branch of their own situation,we did SWOT analysis,and in the comprehensive analysis of the J branch as long as the potential of private banking business to carry out to meet customer demand for innovative business,will achieve long-term sustainable development.According to the problems and the results of the analysis,the service marketing 7Ps theory is used to design the J-line private banking marketing strategy,including the design of the private bank,the pricing strategy,the sales channel design,the marketing design,the marketing process design,And combined with the J branch of the environment for tangible display;then the design of the above proposed long-term planning measures.This paper mainly focuses on the private banking business of J branch,hoping to play a constructive role in the marketing of J Bank's private banking business.However,some of the analysis and private banking business design and improvement measures are all based on J branch So there will be a lot of deficiencies in this article.
