Leader — Member Exchange theory has become the domestic and foreign exploration and decoding the relationship between Superior and subordinate levels of the mainstream.Only a few studies paid attention to in the previous studies under the Chinese and western cultural differences the difference of relational structure,at the same time also few studies adopt double perspective structure of Chinese culture under the background of organization situation investigation.The current study is the first time to put forward based on the theory of Leader-Member of Exchange,Linguistic Inter-group Bias as the index,structure from double perspective of Chinese culture under the background of leader and member situation of inter-group relations.Current study start from leadership and subordinate perspective,and two experiment was carried out.Experiment 1 take 2(group types: in-group VS out-group)x 2(behavior valance:positive VS negative)two factors within-subjects design.group types and behavior valance are dependent samples,participants on the degree of abstract image description is the dependent variable.From the perspective of leader Angle,through the experiment of Linguistic Inter-group Bias pattern investigation subjects in the aspect of behavior of the two groups(in-group and out-group)of two kinds of behavior(positive and negative)of the selected language level.Results show that in leader point,abstract description of language is used by positive behavior of in-group member and negative behavior of outer-group member;specific describe of language is used by negative behavior of in-group member and positive behavior of outer-group member.Experiment 2 take 2(group types: in-group VS out-group)x 2(behavior valance:positive VS negative)two factors within-subjects design.group types and behavior valance are dependent samples,participants on the degree of abstract image description is the dependent variable.From the perspective of member Angle,also through the experiment of Linguistic Inter-group Bias pattern investigation subjects in the aspect of behavior of the two groups(in-group and out-group)of two kinds of behavior(positive and negative)of the selected language level.Results show that in member point,abstract description of language is used by positive behavior ofin-group member and negative behavior of outer-group member;specific describe of language is used by negative behavior of in-group member and positive behavior of outer-group member.These results show that both leadership and subordinate point of individuals are divided,performance with in-group favoritism and out-group bias.At the same time shows that Chinese culture under the background of the double perspective in behaviors have good consistency.
