Linguistic multi-attribute group decision making is an important part of theory and modern science on decision making. Its theory and method are wildly applied to many areas, such as economic management, engineering design and military affairs and so on.In many situations, the values of attribute take the form of linguistic variables, uncertain variables, interval numbers or intuitionistic fuzzy values due to the complexity of objective things, the ambiguity of human thinking, lack of knowledge and people’s limited expertise related with problem domain when dealing with some complex problem. Moreover, in many real decision making problem, the expert weights and attribute weights are take the form of the fuzzy linguistic information. This decision making problem is called pure linguistic multiple attribute group decision making problem. The research on such problem has important theoretic significance and higher practical application. The purpose of the paper is to do an intensive study on several types of pure linguistic multiple attribute group decision making problem, the main contents and results are listed as follows:1. Study on the aggregation operators under pure linguistic information. A series of aggregation operators based on the linguistic label variable sets and operational principles are developed, including pure linguistic hybrid aggregation operators,induced pure linguistic ordered weighted aggregation operators, uncertain pure linguistic aggregation operators, induced uncertain pure linguistic aggregation operators,intuitionistic uncertain pure linguistic aggregation operators and their geometric form and so on. These developed aggregation operators are very suitable to deal with the situation where the input arguments are represented in linguistic label variables,uncertain variables and intuitionistic variables. Especially for some hybrid aggregation operators under fuzzy decision information, they can alleviate the influence of unduly large or small deviations on the aggregation results by assigning them low weight to avoid irrationality in the results of decision making.2. Study on the intuitionistic fuzzy distance measures. Firstly, from the view of ordered weighted geometric and hybrid weighted geometric, respectively, the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric distance measure, the intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted geometric distance measure and some else intuitionistic fuzzy distance measures are developed. And then, some of their main properties aretheoretical analyzed, and an application to a consensus reaching process for group comprehensive evaluation with intuitionistic fuzzy information based on the intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted geometric distance measure are studied. Moreover,an approach to the group decision making is proposed. At last, an illustrative numerical example is given to verify its practicality and effectiveness.3. Study on the approach to multiple attribute group decision making based on hybrid aggregation operators and its application under pure linguistic information.Based on the developed aggregation operators including the pure linguistic hybrid arithmetic averaging operator and the pure linguistic hybrid geometric averaging operator, the two approaches to the multiple attribute group decision making under pure linguistic information, in which all expert weights, attribute weights, attribute values take the form of linguistic labels are proposed. Moreover, the methods are applied to the partner selection in the field of supply chain management, the operation performance evaluation of commercial banks and the partner selection of virtual enterprises,respectively.4. Study on the approach to uncertain pure linguistic multiple attribute group decision making and its application.(1) For the developed aggregation operators including the uncertain pure linguistic ordered weighted harmonic averaging operator,the uncertain pure linguistic hybrid harmonic averaging operator and the generalized interval aggregation operator, two methods of decision making and steps based on the uncertain pure linguistic hybrid harmonic averaging operator, the uncertain pure linguistic hybrid harmonic averaging operator and the generalized interval aggregation operator are proposed. By comparative analyses from the view of qualitative and quantitative to demonstrate the scope of application and effectiveness of the developed approach.(2) For the developed some aggregation operators under induced uncertain pure linguistic information, based on some of their main properties theoretical analyzed,the approach to the multiple attribute group decision making under pure linguistic information and the comparative analyses are proposed, which is taken the induced uncertain pure linguistic hybrid geometric mean operator as an example. Finally, an application of the developed approach combined with numerical example to group decision making problem regarding the selection of investments is given.5. Study on the approach to pure linguistic multiple attribute group decision making under intuitionistic information and its application.(1) On the basis of thedeveloped intuitionistic fuzzy distance measures, an approach to the multiple attribute group decision making under intuitionistic fuzzy information based on the intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted geometric distance measure is proposed.(2) Based on the definition of intuitionistic pure linguistic set, intuitionistic uncertain pure linguistic set,and interval-valued intuitionistic pure linguistic set, a series of intuitionistic pure linguistic label aggregation operators are developed. Also, the theoretical proof and comparative analysis for the aggregation operators are studied and approaches to the pure linguistic multiple attribute group decision making under intuitionistic uncertain variable information and interval-valued intuitionistic variable information are proposed.And finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate their effectiveness.Finally, the research working and findings obtained are summarized, and the future research directions are pointed out in the dissertation. |
