Research On The Construction Of Q City Entrepreneurial League Organization

With our country entering the rapid development of the new normal and increasingly serious employment trends, the problem of entrepreneurial and employment has become a hot issue to our society, and core needs of today's young people. Encouraging youth to set up business is the major policies and strategy of the party and country. Especially in the background of "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" has become a boom,promoting the innovation of contemporary youth employment is the responsibility of the communist youth league organizations,construction of entrepreneurial youth league organizations become inevitable.Since the reform and opening,a large number of practical experience has shown that job creation and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities is the effective means to solve the problem of employment. Based on the definition of entrepreneurial league organization, from the perspective of public management, this paper research the necessity and urgency of constructing the entrepreneurial league organization,analysis the external environment, results, problems and reasons of the construction of entrepreneurial league organization. This paper also describes the orientation,the goals,values and principles of the construction of entrepreneurial league organization. In the end,this paper put forward policy suggestions to strengthen the construction of Q city entrepreneurial league organization.
