The Research Of The Projects Management Of Zhuanghe City Supports Rural Youth Entrepreneurship Program

Youth employment has received increasing attention this years.Public administration encourages youth starting up business to ease of employment pressure.China Youth Entrepreneurship International Program is a preferential policy to support young people's entrepreneurship,which is implemented by the Communist Youth League Department.It helps young people realize their dream of starting a business so as to solve the employment problem for more young people.Zhuanghe Municipal Committee of the CPC launched China Youth Entrepreneurship International Project in 2010.It helps young people in rural areas to start their own businesses in the fields of funds,training and information services so as to help rural youth solve their employment problems.After several years of exploration,although Zhuanghe Municipal Committee of the CPC has achieved remarkable results,they still have problems in evaluation and management of rural youth entrepreneurship projects.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper has learned about the evaluation and management of rural youth entrepreneurship programs in Zhuanghe city,and found the problems.Such as old ways of project support,incomplete evaluation methods of entrepreneurial projects,failure to set up a professional mentor team for rural entrepreneurship projects,and lack of perfect management system etc.By analysing the problems,the paper find the reasons,such as lack of venture project precision evaluation,lack of venture project feasibility assessment,lack of enough money to support,the training is not rich,lack of management system,lack of professional full-time staff,etc.In supporting the rural youth entrepreneurship program management,we can set up a multi-level evaluation standard,set up the promising rural entrepreneurship project libraries,combine expert evaluation and social evaluation,set up an all-round support the long-term management system of rural youth entrepreneurship,establish rural youth entrepreneurship programs docking platform,find financial support,provide mutiple training to meet the youth needs,establish of rural youth entrepreneurship salon relying on the Zhuanghe business incubators,arrange full-time professional staff responsible for supporting the youth entrepreneurship,etc.
