China's interest rate market after 20 years,from 1993 formally put forward the interest rate market reform,to October 2015 to cancel the deposit interest rate floating ceiling,representing the reform of China's interest rate market is basically completed.The recent two or three years of deposit and lending market interest rate accelerated completion of the banking sector directly hit the core funds "deposits and loans",although the State Council also introduced the "Deposit Insurance Regulations",but the banking industry is still facing increased competition,Internet financial epidemic and other issues of the impact.Therefore,the traditional interest rate differential model of commercial banks in China will be subject to relatively large pressure to force China's commercial banks to change the way of profitability,and to develop the middle income business to reduce the negative effect of interest rate marketization on profitability.This paper first introduces the achievements of researchers at home and abroad on the development of interest rate liberalization and the profitability of commercial banks,which lays the foundation for the empirical research and the timely discovery of problems.Secondly,it summarizes the reform process of China's interest rate market and the type of profit model of China's commercial banks,and enumerates the impact of interest rate marketization on banking industry.And then selected the developing countries and developed countries in some typical interest rate marketization process of commercial banks profit source mode transformation case,through the analysis of China's commercial banks to find a place worth learning from.Thirdly,through the analysis of the present situation of the profit model of 16 listed commercial banks in China,it is concluded that the net profit of China's commercial banks is decreasing year by year and the net income of interest is decreasing year by year.However,net income is still more than 70% of the total income,That is,non-interest net income accounted for only about 25% of the average,compared with the developed countries have a lot of room for improvement.At the same time,in the empirical part of the bank profitability of the impact of factors for the bank profit model transformation to provide empirical evidence.This paper chooses the financial data from the first quarter of 2010 to the third quarter of 2016,first using 16 listed commercial banks on behalf of the entire banking industry to do the empirical return,the non-interest net income on the promotion of net profit is greater than the spread of net income The promotion of net profit;And then the 16 commercial banks are divided into three types of banks,select the impact of bank asset yield on behalf of the interest ratemarket-oriented micro-factors and some economic macro factors were panel data analysis,comprehensive comparative empirical results,interest rate market impact of different types of commercial banks Pricing ability,the profit level of commercial banks have different effects,China's commercial banks profit model can not blindly transition,to combine their own advantages and characteristics.Finally,this paper puts forward three major policy suggestions.China's commercial banks focus on the development of traditional business based on the positioning of large and small commercial banks in the market,focusing on the innovation and development of intermediate income business.In the case of diversification of market financing,Optimize the loan structure to take the function,comprehensive financing path;Not only to develop the types of intermediate income business but also the introduction of innovative talents,to get rid of copy of the labor-intensive traditional intermediate business type;In order to form a sustainable profit structure,it is not enough to change the profitability,but also to improve the ability to control the risk of interest rates to avoid the convergence of pricing.
