Research On Evaluation Of The Integration Social Effects Of Tourism And Agriculture In Xiangtan Panlong Grand View Garden Area

Under the background of the agricultural industrialization and the transformation and upgrading of tourism in China,our country pays high attention to and actively guide the integration development of tourism and agricultural industry.Based on the factors to evaluate the social effects of area tourism and agriculture integration and study on countermeasures is an effective way to promote it sustainable development.On the advantage of the “Green core reserve” of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,Panlong Grand View Garden area carry out activities of tourism and agriculture integration.It has achieved significant effectiveness in the terms of promoting transformation and upgrading of agriculture and making local farmers rich.But there are still a series of problems urgent to solve,such as rural arable land decrease,farmers' agricultural income decline and the environment of agricultural production are destroyed.However,there are few studies on this field at home and aboard at present.Therefore,systematically evaluating the social effects of tourism and agriculture integration,further revealing the main factors which influence the evaluation and putting forward the related counter-measures and suggestions are important to promote the optimization of regional industrial structure and make the social effects of area tourism and agriculture integration maximize.Firstly,Based on the previous research results,this paper constructs the evaluation index system from such three dimensions as tourist attraction,tourist and the local community.Then,consults experts and scholars,adopts Delphi method to identify the main evaluation indicators and uses AHP to determine the weight of each indicator.In order to verify the scientificity and practicability of indicator system,Panlong Grand View Garden area is selected as the empirical research objects which are verified and analyzed by filed investigation and statistical data collection with the social effect comprehensive evaluation model.The results show that,its comprehensive evaluation value is 3.5053,which contains positive effect(2.4050),negative effect(0.3402)and developmental stage effect(0.7601).According to the reference standard of effect evaluation levels,its comprehensive evaluation value is between 3.50 and 4.25,which shows the social effect is better and has great space and potential of development.However,the evaluation value of positive effect is higher at present,but there is still a certain scale of negative effect and development stage effect,which can't be ignored.Finally,Based on the evaluation results and stakeholder theory,in terms of the problems and combined with the actual situation of the area,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the social benefits of tourism and agricultural integration in Panlong Grand View Garden area from the perspective of “three foothold” and “three levels”.
