A Study On Development Planning And Strategy Of Fuqing Fengze Leisure Agriculture Grand View Garden

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,people’s living standards also will continue to improve,people’s lifestyles,consumer attitudes also will change,from the basic necessities of life to the spiritual level of leisure experience needs to change.At the same time,with the development of urban economy,more and more urban problems arise,urban residents are increasingly eager to return to nature,enjoy the open and free pastoral life;in this context,leisure agriculture tourism came into being and developed rapidly.Among them,the Agricultural Tourism Park is a leisure agriculture development,it is mainly based on agricultural production,combined with agricultural landscape and rural natural environment,integration of tourism,science education,leisure experience in an integrated park.Domestic scholars on the agricultural sightseeing park research involves a wide range of deep,comprehensive theory.On the basis of previous research and theoretical experience of agricultural sightseeing park,this study takes Fungze Agricultural Grand View Garden as the research object,synthesizes the literature review method,the field investigation method and the combination of theory and practice,Ze agriculture Grand View Garden planning and design research,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Fortress Agricultural Grand View Garden has good natural conditions and economic base,with the development of leisure agriculture sightseeing conditions.(2)According to the principle of planning,under the guidance of development ideas and development goals,according to the geographical location advantages,topography features,distribution of agroforestry resources and ecological conditions of Fengze Garden,the layout of the project area is " Garden "space function pattern.Namely:Fortress Park Service Center,Fengze landscape recreation zone,agriculture and animal husbandry leisure ecological park,fish theme culture park,ecological breathing health garden,characteristic ecological fruit industry experience garden.On the basis of this,the development of Fengze Park,the overall goal of the initial formation of the "agriculture and animal husbandry","health","leisure","ecological" for the characteristics of health agriculture and ecological leisure brand,and ultimately fight the Haixi city health micro Agricultural experimental area and modern characteristics of modern circular agriculture complex.(3)In order to improve the park planning,the park supporting infrastructure,traffic routes and safety and security system plannin g,proposed from the safety of tourists,ecological environment,fore st resources and landscape resources protection 4 to strengthen secu rity planning.(4)In view of the problems in the planning process of Fortune Leisure Grand View Garden,in order to ensure the good operation of Fortress Leisure Agriculture Grand View Garden,we put forward perfect operation mechanism,innovation input mechanism and inno vation management mechanism.In order to realize the sustainable a nd long-Put forward long-term management,attention to environme ntal protection,improve the infrastructure,consolidate the capital ba se,training and management personnel and other recommendations.
