As the continuous development of China's electric power construction,influence of warehouse network layout have more and more influence on the operating efficiency of the logistics system of the power grid companies.For the provinces,the whole planning of the storage network,to set the nodes and the lines under union blueprint,can significantly improve the efficiency of logistics storage and to ensure the daily operation of the power grid maintenance.Based on this,the paper summarized the current domestic and international research dynamic,from the perspective of research direction,focused on the achievements of domestic and foreign warehouse location problem and calculation method,the analysis of the basic content of storage and network planning.This paper expounds the common storage network planning model and the current mode,found that the current common warehouse backlog caused the unreasonable layout,and found that the hierarchy is not clear,the warehouse ownership are in dispersion,repeated utilization rate of storage is low.Starting with the existing warehousing network planning problem,this paper uses the inventory record and material purchase data in ERP from the last three years to make statistical analysis,found that H power company had overstocked inventories,and the distribution of static stock in the physical warehouses of local companies and county companies is quite different from that of the circulation,also some of the physical stocks at the county level are idle.On the basis of the summarizing above,to optimize the warehouse network system,this paper broke up the traditional idea of dividing the administrative region by the hierarchy of the network,designed a three-stage warehouse network system,building a virtual library,a provincial distribution center,a regional repository,a county storage and a professional support agency.When building the warehouse network location model,this paper fully takes the cost of construction,transportation,and storage and demand response in the physical warehouse into account,using the particle swarm algorithm and multi-intelligence algorithm to do more precise calculate and the results were more consistent with actual data analysis.In the process of the model solving,the multi-intelligent system method is introduced by selecting the iterative performance and the better convergence velocity.Because the Multi-agent system has great local information interaction structure and global self-learning ability,so it can cure the problem that the particle swarm algorithm is prone to local optimality and the calculation of late convergence is slow.So this paper built an optimization model,where the variables are calculated and the algorithm and tools are provided.The paper based on an empirical analysis of H power company's data,and this paper demonstrated the validity of the storage network optimization mode,also the performance of the hybrid algorithm based on the multi-intelligence system was verified.In a word,this paper come up with the methods and tools for optimizing warehouse networks for power enterprises,it has certain practical reference value and can provide an empirical case for other power companies.
