In recent years, along with market competition day by day frigid and cost pressure daily increase, the domestic entire vehicle physical distribution enterprise focused on minimizing fixed costs of facility location and transportation costs. However, automotive manufacturers consider influences of customer satisfaction because of fierce competition. Therefore, the whole finished vehicle logistic industry is confronted with the increasing costs and competition. To optimize the logistic activities involved in transporting finished vehicles from the plants to retailers and reconcile the contradiction between cost and services quality becomes the most pressing tasks. The warehousing network is the entire vehicle physical distribution foundation and the core, relates the physical distribution cost, the efficiency and the service level directly, therefore the warehousing network optimization belongs to most important also the effective physical distribution optimization.Based on a set of quota technology and the qualitative technical integration methodology, a program of modeling and algorithm of finished vehicle logistic network optimization is presented. Firstly, based on the manipulation of full vehicle logistic network and integrated inventory, multimodal transportation and quality of service to customer, an optimization model is presented. In addition, a complicated multi-plants network is disassembled to some single plant networks. Then, those sub networks are optimized separately and communicated with each other at the right time. At last, a PSO algorithm mixed GA and MS is presented. Among the mixed algorithm, GA is embedded to solve the difficulties of updating the particles in the binary code system; the roulette algorithm is embedded to eliminate worse particles; SA is embedded to control convergence of particles.
