Research On The Development Strategy Of Wuwei County Agricultural Leading Enterprises

Nowadays,the world economy is developing by leaps and bounds.As the foundation of national economy,the agricultural economy is facing enormous challenges and great opportunities,of which the top priority lies in the development of agricultural industrialization.Referring to the development of agricultural industrialization,we have to mention agricultural leading enterprises.Agricultural leading enterprises are the management entity of agricultural industrialization;therefore the development of both is complementary,and the development strategy of the former has a direct impact on the latter.As is known to all,restricted by factors such as technology,the traditional agriculture is of a small scale and low efficiency.In order to increase farmer's income,develop agricultural economy and solve the three agriculture-related issues,the leading enterprises are supposed to be considered as an important breakthrough point.Besides,the leading enterprises play a role as a leader in the rural market development;therefore it is urgent for us to establish a sound and perfect agricultural development strategy system,and it is wise to support and nurture the development of agricultural enterprises.Based on a research of 184 agricultural leading enterprises in Wuwei County,this paper analyzes the current development situation of the 184 leading agricultural enterprises and the possible problems through the current situation research,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the future development of the leading agricultural enterprises in Wuwei County.Data method,questionnaire survey,strategic analysis and other methods are used in this paper.The author acquired the number of the leading enterprises in Wuwei County through the Wuwei County Agricultural Committee.There are 13 provincial enterprises,90 municipal enterprises and 184 county level enterprises respectively.At the present stage,the development of agricultural industrialization in Wuwei County is relatively slow.As a typical agricultural county,the agricultural economy output occupies a high proportion in Wuwei's GDP.To develop the agricultural economy and further promote agricultural income and agricultural industrialization,it is necessary to develop agricultural leading enterprises.As the managers of agricultural industrialization,the agricultural leading enterprises are well worth of studying.This paper is mainly about the current situation and the existing problems of Wuwei's leading enterprises,in order to put forward some useful suggestions conducive to their development.This paper has five main parts.The first part is a theoretical preparation;the second part is the description of the county's overall situation and the analysis of some possible problems;the third part analyses the county's environment through PEST and SWOT analysis;the fourth part combines the first three parts with strategic analysis to conclude Wuwei County's strategic choice,strategic positioning and specific implementation;the fifth part proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of leading enterprises in Wuwei County.Due to the author's limited professional knowledge,this paper is mainly about theoretical analysis through the relevant information.
