As an important regional hub city in central China,Wuhan has gradually become an important tourist destination in recent years.With the increase of tourists come to Wuhan,The tourism consumption is also growing,The tourism industry of food,live,travel,tour,entertainment,purchase from six aspects of consumption are gradually increased,At the same time,the endurance and quality of service of the tourist destination in Wuhan city is also facing a huge test.Tourists as tourism service main body,Therefore,the tourists tourist expectation and experience the value of the deviation will directly affect the development of tourism destination,so if it would like to get a continuous and stable development of the tourism industry,must strengthen to the attention of the tourists satisfaction to Wuhan.So,in view of Wuhan tourism product and the service quality of tourist satisfaction evaluation research has important significance to its development.In this paper,Based on ctrip travel online visitors travel and attractions free comment on network,such as text collection,with the help of Rost content Mining,extract the high frequency of key software text extraction tourists network,from the tourism food,tourism traffic,tourism accommodation,tourism attractions,tourism purchase,tourism entertainment,tour guide service details,etc seven aspects,such as building respectively between the key social semantic web,so as to understand visitors as long as the focus of the evaluation of the service quality perception of tourism in Wuhan,refined out of the impact of Wuhan city travel service quality tourists satisfaction of the main factors,and with the aid of importance and performance analysis,Quantification of wuhan tourism service quality evaluation system of indicators.To improve Wuhan and improve the quality of service travel provide theoretical solution,as well as in order to city in the future to travel service quality evaluation system of the building to provide theoretical basis.In the study,research and reference on the basis of predecessors' research results,the innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the following aspects:(1)Research perspectives,from the perspective of subject-tourists perception,different from many studies from the perspective of tourism suppliers.(2)Data sources,data selection to visitors free reviews,travel notes and other network text,compared with the traditional questionnaires to obtain data,information is more open,objective and true.(3)Theoretical innovation,build a measurable index system of tourist perception of service quality.
